A high-gloss Parisian legend, bearing the signature marks of a life fully lived.
First sketched in 1934 for the Paris elite, the Alma BB rose to icon status under Louis Vuitton’s Vernis collection—here reimagined in rich Amarante patent by Marc Jacobs. This particular example, date-stamped TH1116 (France, November 2016), is a study in elegance marked by history: mirror-gloss leather, gold brass, and one softened side showing gentle swelling.
The clochette is missing, and there is slight swelling on one side, please review photographs for full detail.
The Monogram Vernis leather is luminous and structured, embossed with LV’s iconic print. Gold-tone hardware, double zip closure, and precise logo heat stamps reinforce its pedigree. Stitching is taupe and even. Interior is finished in dark burgundy cross-grain leather.
Condition: 7/10 – reflects careful use, soft swelling to one side, and absence of clochette.
The Alma PM remains a Parisian icon, proof that silhouette and provenance outlast fleeting perfection.
