Shipping

Orders are reviewed, packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Cairo and Giza arrive the next business day. All other governorates arrive within 2 to 4 business days. A flat shipping fee of 200 EGP applies nationwide. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

For orders outside Egypt, contact us via the contact page or WhatsApp to arrange international shipping.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the Sold Attire security tag remains attached and the piece returns in its original as-sold condition with all packaging and inclusions. Once the tag is removed, the sale is final.

For approved returns within Egypt we provide return instructions and cover standard return shipping. Full detail is in our Return and Refund Policy.

Authentication Guarantee

Every piece carries our lifetime authenticity guarantee, and it is separate from the return window. If an item is ever proven inauthentic by a recognised authentication service, we refund in full. No time limit.
