About Sold Attire | Authentic Vintage Luxury in Egypt

Established 2017 · Cairo

We're not made in batches. We're built one piece at a time.

Authenticated designer pieces with Japan at the heart of the archive. One of one. No restock. No compromise.

Our Story

Built on rarity. Backed by certainty.

We started in Cairo with a simple belief: fashion is most powerful when it is personal. Not trending. Not mass-produced. Personal.

So we built an archive. Piece by piece, with Japan as a core source because provenance and condition are taken seriously there. The result is curated for the woman who already knows her own taste. She just needs somewhere that takes her as seriously as she takes style.

Every item at Sold Attire is a one-of-one. It was made once, worn with intention, and it arrived here because it earned its place.

The Guarantee

We don't sell bags. We sell certainty.

Every piece, from a vintage scarf to a five-figure Hermès, goes through human-led, maison-specific review before it reaches the site.

If a piece is ever proven inauthentic, we refund in full. No conditions. No debate. That guarantee is not a policy. It is what we are built on.

The Founders

Siblings turned selectors.

Yahya and Aseel Karali — authenticators, archivists, and the people Harper's Bazaar Arabia named among the driving forces behind Cairo's growing vintage fashion scene. Based in Cairo. Trusted across Egypt.

Yahya began building the concept while studying in the UK, writing his thesis on the contrasting vintage scenes in London and Cairo. At the time, pre-owned luxury was largely stigmatised in Egypt. He returned with a clear vision — and Sold Attire has been the result of that ever since.

We have been building this since 2017. Every piece we have ever sold has been chosen personally. That has not changed.

Good to Know

Things worth knowing.

Who founded Sold Attire?

Yahya and Aseel Karali — Cairo-based siblings who began building the concept in 2017. Harper's Bazaar Arabia named them among the driving forces behind Cairo's growing vintage fashion scene. CairoScene listed Yahya among the 18 Egyptians Who Made Waves in 2018.

Is Sold Attire legitimate?

Yes. Every piece goes through human-led, maison-specific authentication review before listing. Every item is backed by a lifetime money-back guarantee — if a piece is ever proven inauthentic, we refund in full, with no time limit. Since 2017 we have served customers across Egypt and beyond.

Where does Sold Attire source its pieces?

Japan is a core sourcing market. Japanese sellers are known for taking provenance seriously and keeping luxury goods in strong condition. Each listing is inspected by Sold Attire, photographed as the exact piece for sale, and listed once. New arrivals drop regularly — once a piece sells, it is gone.
