3. Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Cairo and Giza orders are delivered the next business day; all other governorates within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery when the Sold Attire security tag remains attached and the item is in its original as-sold condition, with all packaging and inclusions.

4. Payment & Security

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and our licensed payment providers.
  • We do not store credit card details.

5. User Conduct

  • Harass or abuse other users.
