How the commission works
1 — Tell us what you want
Brand, model, colourway, era, hardware, condition preference, and budget. The more specific the brief, the better the shortlist. Message us on WhatsApp or submit below.
2 — We search the weekly Star Buyers cycle
The auction runs Sunday–Friday (closes 7am Friday). We search against your brief and build a shortlist of 8–10 candidate pieces with full photo documentation and condition notes for each.
3 — You review and confirm
No obligation to proceed. Review the shortlist and approve a bid only if a piece meets your standard. If nothing is right, the search carries to the following week.
4 — We bid, win, and ship
On your confirmation we bid. If the bid is successful, the piece ships Japan → Dubai via Star Buyers' logistics, then Cairo via our trusted import network. Estimated total: approximately 3 weeks from confirmed bid to delivery.
5 — Re-authenticated on arrival
Every sourced piece undergoes Yahya's 10-step re-authentication on arrival in Cairo before it reaches you. Star Buyers has already authenticated it. We authenticate it again.
Fees & structure
10% commitment deposit — required to open a commission. Held during the search and bidding process. Refunded in full if no purchase is made.
10–12% service fee — applied to the final acquisition price on successful purchase. Covers sourcing, bidding, authentication on arrival, and logistics to Cairo.
Commissions are capped at 3 clients per week to maintain the quality of attention each search requires. One slot is currently available.

Rolex and Patek Philippe references from Japanese collectors. Van Cleef & Arpels signed jewellery with documentation. Every one arrived in the condition described. None have required the guarantee to be invoked.
