Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is sent to the email used at checkout, usually within 24 hours of dispatch. Check your inbox and spam folder for a message from Sold Attire. If you cannot locate it, contact the showroom team and we will resend the details.
How long does shipping take?
Inside Egypt, orders ship next-day from Cairo. International orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
What if my package has not moved in several days?
Tracking events can lag during customs handover or carrier transfers. If your package shows no movement for more than five days, write to us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship authenticated vintage and pre-owned luxury worldwide. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
How do returns work?
