At Sold Attire, we stand by the quality and authenticity of every piece we curate. Our return and refund policy is designed to offer absolute clarity, total confidence, and uncompromising fairness.


THE ESSENTIAL SUMMARY

  • Complimentary Returns | Free returns within Egypt on all approved requests.

  • The Bag Archive | Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Curation (Clothing, Shoes & Accessories) | Return requests must be initiated within 5 days.

  • Authenticity Promise | Our bag authenticity guarantee is valid for 14 days.

  • Settlement | Refunds are processed within 10 business days following expert inspection.

  • Finality | Sale items are final unless a dispute regarding authenticity is raised.


I. GENERAL RETURNS: CLOTHING, SHOES & ACCESSORIES

The Return Window All return requests for our curated apparel and accessories must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Re-Entry To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and unused in their pristine, original condition.

  • All original tags, dust bags, and packaging must remain intact.

  • Accompanied by an official proof of purchase.

Note: All returns must be formally initiated and approved by our team via hello@soldattire.com prior to shipment.

Exclusions from the Archive We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Sale or discounted acquisitions.

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom or personalised commissions.

  • Personal care items or hazardous materials.

  • Any item returned without prior written approval.


II. THE BAG ARCHIVE: RETURN & AUTHENTICITY PROTOCOL

Due to the high-value nature and archival significance of our designer bags, specific conditions apply to maintain the integrity of our collection.

The 72-Hour Window Return requests for bags must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Beyond this period, all sales are considered final, with the exception of authenticity disputes.

Archival Return Conditions

  • The bag must remain completely unused.

  • All original packaging, tags, and the Sold Attire authentication card must be included.

  • Formal approval must be secured via hello@soldattire.com.

For approved returns within Egypt, Sold Attire provides a prepaid return label and bespoke shipping instructions.


III. THE TEN PILLARS OF AUTHENTICATION

Every bag in our archive undergoes a rigorous review process, including:

  3. Logo & Branding Accuracy

  4. Serial, Date Code, & NFC Analysis

  6. Label & Provenance Consistency

The Money-Back Authenticity Guarantee If, within 14 days of delivery, you provide valid third-party proof from an internationally recognised authentication service confirming that a bag is not authentic, a full refund will be issued immediately upon its return to the archive.

All claims must include formal written documentation and the authenticator's contact details for verification by our internal specialists.


IV. DISCREPANCIES & DAMAGED PIECES

Should your order arrive in a condition that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with high-resolution photographs at soldcairo@gmail.com for priority assistance.


V. THE EXCHANGE POLICY

Sold Attire does not facilitate direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please place a new order for the desired piece and return your original selection in accordance with this policy.


VI. EUROPEAN UNION: THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For our esteemed clients within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in alignment with EU consumer law. Items must remain unused and in their original archival condition with all packaging intact.


VII. REFUND SETTLEMENT

Upon receipt and successful inspection of your return, you will receive a notification of approval.

  • Processing Time | Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Delays | Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to reflect the balance.

  • Inquiries | If 15 business days have elapsed since your approval and funds have not appeared, please contact hello@soldattire.com.
