Bottega Veneta introduced Intrecciato in 1975, making interlaced leather strips a signature that could identify the house without a prominent logo. Creative director Tomas Maier later built the house’s revival around that leatherworking knowledge during his 2001–2018 tenure. Here, the weave meets a more decorative treatment: gold-tone grommets circle the upper edge of the khaki hobo. That combination of soft handwork and emphatic metal detail gives this version its particular character.
