Every order placed on soldattire.com is handled with the same care we give to authenticating each piece. We ship nationwide across Egypt with a flat shipping rate — no surprises at checkout.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are reviewed, packaged, and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Cost

A flat shipping fee of 200 EGP applies to all orders, nationwide.
Packaging
Every item leaves our hands properly protected. Bags ship with their dust bag (where included), wrapped in tissue, and sealed in a secure outer box. Your piece should arrive exactly as it left us.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking details. If you have not received an update within 24 hours of placing your order, reach out to us directly.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt redelivery the following business day. After two failed attempts, the order is returned to us. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a new delivery date.
Showroom Pickup — New Cairo
Prefer to collect in person? You are welcome to pick up your order from our private showroom in New Cairo. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup appointment — the shipping fee does not apply to showroom collections.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue directly.

Sold Attire ships from Cairo, Egypt. All transactions are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Delivery estimates apply to business days (Saturday–Thursday) and exclude public holidays.
