• Authentication walkthrough for the details that matter on each piece
• Condition inspection across corners, handles, interiors, hardware and surface wear
• By appointment only, with no public walk-in traffic and no pressure to decide on the spot

How It Works

1. Send the maison, model, product link, or brief on WhatsApp
2. We confirm the appointment within 2 hours during business hours
3. View the pieces in New Cairo or by video call
4. Ask for follow-up photos, measurements, or condition notes before deciding
