Authentication & Origin
How does Sold Attire guarantee authenticity?
Every piece is inspected by Sold Attire before it is listed. We check the details that matter for the specific maison: serial or date codes, RFID details where relevant, stitching, heat stamps, hardware weight, zipper engraving, lining, leather or canvas, smell, construction, provenance and condition. Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Hermes and Prada each have their own tells, so we do not use one generic checklist for every brand. Read the full authentication guarantee.
Where does your inventory come from?
Our core supply comes from Japan, one of the strongest preservation markets for pre-owned luxury. Japanese sellers tend to document condition carefully and store pieces well. We still review every piece again in Cairo before it reaches the site, so the Japan source is the first filter, not the final word.
What does pre-owned mean at Sold Attire?
Pre-owned means the piece had a life before us and has been inspected, photographed, graded and priced as the exact item shown. We focus on authenticated luxury bags, accessories, select ready-to-wear and timepieces from houses such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Hermes, Prada, Gucci, Fendi, Celine and Saint Laurent.

Does Sold Attire sell authenticated luxury watches in Egypt?
Yes. Sold Attire is expanding into authenticated pre-owned luxury watches in Egypt through the Timepieces archive. We begin with Cartier and grow carefully into Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, IWC, TAG Heuer, Breitling and comparable watch houses when the reference, condition and provenance are strong enough.
Can you source a specific watch?
Yes. Send the brand, reference, size, metal, dial, bracelet or strap preference, budget range, and whether box or papers matter to you. We review sourcing options for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, TAG Heuer, Breitling and other serious watch brands through Source a Piece.
How are pre-owned watches checked before listing?
Watch checks focus on reference details, case shape, serial and model markings where visible, dial and hand condition, bracelet or strap condition, crystal, crown, movement status when available, service history, papers, box, provenance and visible wear. We do not present a watch unless the condition and reference details make sense.
Private Viewings
Can I inspect a piece before purchasing?
Yes. We offer private viewing appointments in New Cairo. Tell us which bags, accessories or watches you want to see and we will prepare them before your visit, so you can inspect scale, leather, hardware, lining, dial details, fit and condition in person. Request a viewing before coming in.
Is the showroom open to walk-ins?
No. Visits are by appointment only. That keeps the showroom private and lets us prepare the exact pieces you want to inspect.
Sourcing a Specific Piece
Can you find a specific Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Bottega Veneta or Balenciaga piece?
Yes. Clients can request a specific maison, model, size, leather, colour, hardware, era and budget. We search trusted sourcing channels, present suitable options, and only move forward with pieces that pass condition and authentication review.
Is there a fee for sourcing?
There is no upfront fee to make a request. If we find the right piece, we confirm the condition, expected landed price and timeline before you commit. Start through Source a Piece.
Shipping, Payment & Returns
How fast do you deliver in Egypt?
Cairo and Giza orders usually arrive within 1 business day. Orders to other Egyptian governorates usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Timing can vary by address, weather, courier schedule and payment confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Sold Attire accepts major card payments, local payment options and installment methods where available at checkout. Private showroom purchases can be arranged directly with the team before the appointment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window when the Sold Attire security tag remains attached and the item returns in its original as-sold condition. Once the tag is removed, the sale is final. The lifetime authenticity guarantee remains separate and has no expiry date.
Do you ship internationally?
For international orders, contact us directly via WhatsApp. We will confirm whether we can ship the piece safely to your location before payment.
The Collection
Why buy pre-owned instead of new?
Pre-owned luxury gives access to discontinued styles, better value retention and archive pieces that boutiques no longer carry. Many Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Bottega Veneta and Balenciaga pieces have stronger character after the first owner, especially when condition is documented properly.
How do you grade condition?
We grade from visible inspection and photography: structure, corners, leather or canvas, hardware, lining, odour, strap wear, soles when relevant, dial and bracelet condition for watches, and signs of repair. Product pages show the actual item and note visible wear so you are not relying on a vague grade.
What brands do you carry?
We focus on houses we know well: Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Hermes, Prada, Gucci, Fendi, Celine, Saint Laurent and serious watch houses through Timepieces. Browse New Arrivals for what is available now.
Are items restocked once sold?
No. Every piece is one-of-one. Once it sells, it leaves the available archive. Sold pages may remain visible for provenance, long-tail search and reference value, while current availability lives in New Arrivals and maison collections.
Can I consign or sell a luxury piece through Sold Attire?
Yes. We review select luxury bags, accessories, rare pieces and serious watches for consignment or resale. Send clear photos, brand, model, condition notes and inclusions through WhatsApp. We will tell you whether the piece fits the archive.
